We have ceiling vents which open but don’t always shut. These vents would in the case of a fire let out smoke, they also let in the rain causing flooding and damage to our internal communal landings. When will it stop raining on the landing?

It’s so far taken GSA three attempts to rectify this with a fourth visit planned. A clear example of their inability to manage their repairs. How long will it take GSA to finally install these bin store gates?

Who would have thought it would be so hard for a housing association to correctly install CCTV, thus helping to secure their building and keep their residents safe. When will GSA finally provide their residents with fully integrated CCTV?

The overgrowth!
Hedges, bushes, and walkways have all been left untouched for almost a year. Not only is this unsightly, a trip hazard, but it also causes the light bollards to become wet which trips the fuses and leaves security doors unlocked! How long until thees hedges are cut?
