Residents have their hedges cut!
Some residents finally had the hedges, grass, and bushes cut. Although long overdue this was greatly welcomed by the the residents of Maureen Christian House (MCH) and Lucas & Remy Place
Did you recently have your overgrowth trimmed? if so, we want to hear from you. Otherwise, was there a reduction in your service charge due to this service not being provided?
Lets hope GSA return soon to finish the job!
MCH receive their bin store doors!
Although these gates are the wrong size and are easily unlocked they have at least been replaced.
After months of promises the residents are pleased to have seen some action and can’t wait for GSA to return to finish the job!
How much will GSA charge the residents, will they tell residents why they reinstalled wooden doors, or why they didn't take correct measurements before ordering these gates?
As soon as we know we will let you know.
Next month
Increase website traffic - At the moment we aren’t using any SEO (search engine optimisation) tricks, to find our site you need to be directed to it. Now the site is up and running and content is growing we will push the site out to a wider audience.
Reaching out to other GSA residents - Our list of GSA properties is growing, as such we will start to reach out to more residents. We are going to arrange a leaflet drop to other GSA residents throughout September.
